Your Role:
The Business Analyst acts as a key bridge between the Business and IS by translating Business needs into detailed requirements and technology-enabled use cases. They develop a deep understanding of the opportunities, risks, and issues facing the Business, and advise on how technology solutions can be used to achieve / resolve them.
Main Responsibilities:
Supports the Product Owner to realize the Product strategy by eliciting and managing detailed Business requirements (e.g., features, user stories) and designing technology-enabled Business use cases.Documents as-is and to-be system processes, identifying areas for overall system process improvement.Collaborates with Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Business stakeholders to conduct paper-based design activities, capturing high-level system flows and possible technology solutions.Supports technical delivery activities by advising...
