Key Responsibilities:
? Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
? Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
? Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification, User Stories and Process Maps.
? Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
? Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
? Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT.
? Support the UAT process by providing guidance and clarifying requirements ambiguities.
? Maintain requirements traceability.
? Conduct gap analysis and process improvement activities.
