Summary:

This position involves developing estimates for low voltage electrical systems in data center fit-out projects. The role requires creating detailed cost models and engaging in commercial negotiations to ensure competitive and transparent outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop low voltage electrical estimates for data center fit-out scopes, including structured cabling, pathways, racks, containment, and associated systems.


• Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and translate them into detailed labor hour build-ups, productivity assumptions, and fully developed cost estimates.


• Build parametric and conceptual cost models using limited inputs, including unit-based approaches (e.g., $/rack, $/MW, $/LF, $/port).
