**Position Summary**
The Payroll Solutions Business Analyst is a member of the Corporate IT - Business Operations Technology team and partners with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify business needs and recommend solutions through technology and business process improvements. This role supports Payroll operations by gathering requirements, improving processes, and assisting with system enhancements that ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant people and pay practices.
The ideal candidate has hands-on construction payroll experience in payroll solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, or Dayforce.
