JOB DESCRIPTION
Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills and performs well in the Senior Business Analyst role with teams. Has the ability to provide direction to peer/junior resources. Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and createsbusiness and system use cases or functional specifications. Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems.
