SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a dynamic Information Services team. This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that business needs are effectively analysed, documented, and translated into technical solutions that drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies
• Experience with tools such as: Microsoft DevOps, FreshService, SmartSheets
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP, Java, Python, or other enterprise platforms
