Role Overview:
As a KOL Specialist/ Business Analyst, you will lead the charge in developing and executing
innovative influencer campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X (Formerly
Twitter), Lemon8 and YouTube. You’ll be a key player in amplifying our brand voice,
launching product collaborations, and building a loyal digital beauty community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to support product
launches, seasonal promotions, and brand moments.
• Identify and recruit dermatologists, beauty influencers, skincare enthusiasts, and content
creators aligned with our brand values.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers across multiple
