Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Pay range: $32.00 - $32 /hour DOE

Duration: 6+ Months with possibility of extension

 

Job Description:

• Supports the gift card business at Client, responsible for tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity.


• Sets up new tests and campaigns to prove out business concepts before we build and launch them. Analyze support inbounds related to gift cards and identify / solve for top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business.


• Work cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader Client.
