Seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support a long-term (7–10 year) Smart Metering Program focused on deploying next-generation gas metering infrastructure and systems across multiple states. This individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements across multiple workstreams, evaluating current business processes, and identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve overall deployment and operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, operations, and program leadership to ensure solutions meet business needs, while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and end users. Responsibilities include leading meetings and presentations, documenting and communicating findings, aligning deployment dependencies, tracking progress against milestones, and supporting change management efforts.
