Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a new developing team and report to the program manager for a large utility client in Houston, Texas to support its Smart Metering Program, a multi-state initiative deploying advanced gas metering infrastructure as part of a 7–10-year roadmap. This role involves gathering and analyzing deployment requirements, documenting processes, and communicating insights to cross-functional teams and program management. The Business Analyst will lead meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to change management practices. Key responsibilities include developing integration and acceptance test plans, validating meter data across IT systems, mapping data to SAP, and monitoring project milestones.
