We lead the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses and institutions. Our offering includes doors, door and window hardware, mechanical and smart locks, access control and service. 

The division has approximately 4,658 employees with operations across 9 countries and regions. GC&SEA markets are growing and have achieved sales about CNY 2.5 billion in 2024. China is the biggest market and an important production base in the region, while Southeast Asia is home to some of the world's fastest growing economies. 

Residential accounts for approximately 80% of our sales, while the commercial segment accounts for 20%. The key commercial verticals for our markets are Enterprise, Healthcare, Hospitality and Travel & Transportation.
