- Should have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Experience in FircoSoft solutions, with exposure to or involvement in version upgrades/migration (V5 to V6). - Good understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and compliance processes. - Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Knowledge of data mapping, migration strategies, and reconciliation processes. - Familiarity with testing methodologies (SIT, UAT). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
