Position Overview
- Bridge business and IT by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Define, challenge, and align functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to testing activities by defining test cases, supporting test plans, and monitoring results
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes to identify improvement opportunities and support solution delivery
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication, alignment, and change readiness
- Collaborate proactively with a positive, hands-on, and solution-driven mindset
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst being the bridge between business and IT
- Good understanding of E2E customer journeys and the impact of business process and system changes on those
- Dutch, French, and English are mandatory
