Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets business requirements and is fit for purpose.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users and stakeholders, ensuring thorough coverage of test scenarios and timely resolution of defects.
Track, document, and manage defects through the full defect lifecycle, working closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved and verified.
Validate that deployed solutions and revamped processes meet the original business need, and assess any gaps or workarounds required.
Manage the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project.
