As the **Business Analyst – Billing,** you are responsible to analyze billing and payment operations and drive process and technology improvements. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into clear requirements, support solution delivery, and enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes. Highly prefer experience in a corporate billing function.

In this role you will report to the Director, Customer Success, and work a hybrid work schedule from our local office (2 days in office, 3 days remotely).
