Position Overview
Introduction The functional role of a Business Analyst (BA) is to help support the Product Owner in implementing the portal and conduct the necessary activities to ensure product fit which include:
- Leading and supporting business requirements clarifications.
- Creating and maintaining process maps and workflow maps.
- Keeping documentation of project work.
- Leading and supporting product validation and user acceptance tests.
- Supporting training and briefings to users and stakeholders for product launches.
- Monitoring product performance.
