Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our UAE operations.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this role: - Deep understanding of Banking Domain and ability to transpose the business requirement to system requirement
- Proficient in drawing Story boards / create wireframes write Epics and User Stories
- Knowledge and proven experience in Agile Techniques and Agile Development
- Ability to understand the Business Impacts across various backend systems
- Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
- Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule
- Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action
- Has effective communication skills and able to provide solutions / workaround to solve business problems
