You will help identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI solutions. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to understand needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of practical, easy-to-use solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, curiosity about AI, and a collaborative mindset who wants to make a meaningful impact. You will report to the Director Service Management.
