• Work with Customer Communications Composition stakeholders (business clients and internal technology teams) to gather requirements from business units and translate requirements to programmers, developers, and QA testers
• Act as the bridge between multiple parties including: our business, control functions, technology partners and our engineering teams (scrum team, QA’s, product owners, developers), responsible for delivering statements, among other client facing documents for Canadian Banking Products Engineering - Customer Communications Composition Team.
