Drives value creation through gross margin and economic profitability improvementMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the assessment of commercial proposals in terms of special price offeringBe proactively involved in key negotiations to drive and implement pricing strategiesDevelop the modeling for price impact from industrial policy such as VBP, reimbursement cutContinuously enhance the price approval processLeverage marketing team and marketing access team to set up selling price for new launched products and new developed distributorsCooperate with cross functions to explore margin improvement opportunities and monitor the progressPrepare rebate agreement and revisit contract renewalMaintain price in ERP and DMS systemProvide valuable financial analysis for commercial teamAd-hoc finance related analysisΒ REQUIREMENTS:
