1. Passenger Assistance
- Greet passengers and assist them in boarding and alighting safely.
- Help elderly, PWDs, and passengers with children or heavy baggage.
- Guide passengers to available seats.
2. Fare Collection & Ticketing
- Collect fares according to the approved fare matrix.
- Issue tickets and provide correct change.
- Ensure accurate accounting of cash collections at the end of each trip or shift.
3. Safety & Order Inside the Bus
- Ensure that passengers follow safety guidelines (e.g., no standing on prohibited areas, securing belongings).
