Key Responsibilities:



Assess damage to vehicle bumpers and determine appropriate repair methods.

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or damage.

Repair cracks, dents, and scratches using plastic welding, fillers, and other techniques.

Remove and replace severely damaged bumpers when necessary.

Prime, paint, and finish bumpers to match vehicle color and ensure a seamless appearance.

Conduct quality checks after repairs to ensure durability and visual standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and costs.

Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and industry standards.





Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in bumper repair, collision repair, or vehicle bodywork.
