**Description**

The Field Executive Training Director will partner closely with Retailer Partners (Sephora and Ulta), Account Management, Global Education and Marketing teams to deliver expert training to field and store employees. The Field Executive Training Director will lead curriculum development, in partnership with Global Education team. Primary responsibility is to help Field employees cultivate their training skills and knowledge providing complete training to the Field (SMPs and Freelance teams) on brand product, hair expertise and services including dry styling to prepare the Field to deliver brand education at the store level. They will deliver advanced specialized brand trainings and seminars, as needed to drive Retail Sales partnering closely with FESM and HOS to drive brand expertise localized by territory.
