Our client continues to support nationwide housing clients through the delivery of large-scale stock condition survey and HHSRS assessment programmes across the UK. Following the successful completion of approximately 4,000 surveys, we are now commencing a further programme of circa 3,800 surveys to be completed before the end of the year.

We are seeking experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support survey delivery across the Southern regions of the UK as part of this ongoing national programme on a contract basis starting very soon.

This position will be on an hourly rate on a PAYE or Umbrella basis. Please note that a DBS check will be required and possibly given the nature of some of the surveys, an enhanced DBS may need to be carried out.
