Key Responsibilities

Delivering defect diagnosis and condition surveys across commercial assets
Leading and supporting dilapidations instructions
Managing project delivery including specifications, tendering and contract administration
Undertaking technical due diligence
Reviewing licences to alter
Supporting reinstatement cost assessments alongside specialist teams
Contributing to fire safety and building safety remediation projects
