Position Overview

I am currently working on behalf of an award winning Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Commercial Office Fit Out projects in the London Area who are searching for a Building Services Manager to work alongside a Senior TSM or an Experienced Technical Services Manager managing M&E packages downstream with M&E Contractors.
If you have relevant experience working on Commercial Fit out projects in the UK managing Mechanical packages and have a strong understanding of both M&E Packages and would be interested in discussing this role further, please contact me on 
Duties will include :
Sub Contractor liaison
Monitoring program
Monitoring sign offs
Monitoring Commissions schedule
Monitoring Snagging and defects
Must have :
Fit Out experience.
Full understanding of M&E Packages.
UK project experience.
Authorisation to work in the UK.
