In this role, you will:

Provide project support for Asset Management, Building Envelope and structural projects

Conduct field investigations related to both building condition assessments and envelope repair/evaluation projects

Prepare written reports inclusive of cost analysis and design recommendations

Preparing in-depth Building Condition Assessment reports for government, private owners and institutional lenders

Assist with the development of contract documents, including plans, details and specifications for additions/modifications/renovations to residential, commercial and industrial buildings

Conduct field investigations, both visual and destructive testing, to provide evaluation of building envelope systems

Prioritize and deliver multiple small projects, from beginning to end, with supervision
