Lead on the production, updating and submitting of the safety case report. This will include understanding how the building is constructed, to ensure that they are suitably designed and maintained to ensure resident safety
Identify, monitor and assess building safety risks in the building, including by working with internal fire and compliance teams
Working directly with residents, as well as those helping to keep them safe, such as on site staff and Housing Officers
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and technical guidance notes
Skills and experiences:
Level 4 or above in a relevant qualification, such as fire safety, construction, or surveying
Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management, or willing to work towards
Experience of risk management
