This pivotal role supports a range of HRB/building safety activities, ensuring compliance and enhancing resident safety across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

Proactively manage building safety for assigned HRBs, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act and other regulations.
Act as the primary safety representative to the Building Safety Regulator, managing information requests and reporting obligations.
Develop and maintain safety case reports and support the acquisition of Building Assessment Certificates.
Address building safety inquiries and complaints, managing follow-up actions and assessments.
