Building Safety Manager

Location: Barking, London
Salary: £26 to £28 per hour PAYE or £35 to £37 per hour Umbrella

Duration: 3 months initially with scope for extension thereafter

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to lead and deliver statutory building safety responsibilities across a portfolio of Higher-Risk Residential Buildings (HRBs).

This is a critical role where you will act (or support) as the Accountable Person/Principal Accountable Person, ensuring that building safety risks are effectively identified, managed and controlled in line with the Building Safety Act 2022.

You will play a key role in embedding a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and keeping residents informed and safe.
