Building Safety Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading housing provider to recruit a Building Safety Manager . In this role, the primary consideration is the safety of our client's customers. As the lead subject matter expert for Health & Safety in Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs), your decisions will have direct implications for the welfare of residents and the financial and regulatory standing of the business.

The Role

You will serve as the first point of contact for all fire and structural safety enquiries regarding the client's HRBs. Leading a dedicated team, you will ensure all buildings are managed and evidenced through robust building safety cases.

Key Responsibilities:
