A well-established, independently run building services and sustainability consultancy is looking to bring a Building Physics Engineer into their London team. The practice operates across two offices and has built a strong reputation across commercial, residential, hotel, later living, and mixed-use sectors – with a notable track record on complex, high‑specification projects including BREEAM Outstanding schemes.

The Role

This is a design‑led position within the sustainability team. Day‑to‑day you will carry out operational energy modelling using IES, feed results into broader carbon studies – including embodied and lifecycle carbon analysis – and produce non‑domestic EPCs (Level 5 lodgement capability is essential).
