A well-established, independently run building services and sustainability consultancy is looking to bring a Building Physics Engineer into their London team. The practice operates across two offices and has built a strong reputation across commercial, residential, hotel, later living, and mixed-use sectors - with a notable track record on complex, high-specification projects including BREEAM Outstanding schemes.

The Role

This is a design-led position sitting within the sustainability team. Day-to-day you'll be carrying out operational energy modelling using IES, feeding results into broader carbon studies - including embodied and lifecycle carbon analysis - and producing non-domestic EPCs (Level 5 lodgement capability is essential).
