A building Mechanic will be responsible for shift coverage and must possess strong trouble-shooting skills with specialties in kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, and welding. This person may also work in guest rooms, meeting space, front of the house areas, and back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. A Mechanic will also perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a Windows-based computer system. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is also preferred.
