About the Role We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of our property. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all building-related matters, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficiently run facility for tenants, residents, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Project Management - Plan, coordinate, and oversee building improvement projects, renovations, and cyclical maintenance works
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
