Job Overview

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the building to ensure an excellent living experience for tenants. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think quickly on their feet, have excellent task and time management, problem solve and create great relationships and a sense of community within the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of the property (interior/exterior), and complete minor maintenance such as power washing and building repairs.


• Schedule, meet, and oversee trades and other contractors in the building, ensuring projects are completed in a proper and timely manner....
