Job Description
- Manage and oversee day to day building operations, including engineering, security, housekeeping, and other supporting functions
- Supervise both inhouse and outsourced teams, clearly managing headcount, scope of work, and performance
- Ensure optimal operation of building systems, including MEP, HVAC, fire safety systems, and other technical infrastructure
- Implement and manage Green Building initiatives and/or building efficiency improvements, including cost saving measures
- Handle crisis situations and urgent matters promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and contract management
- Prepare and control operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality
