- Building Management: Collaborate with the Building Management team, preparing necessary documents to ensure smooth building operation. - Operation Management: Coordinate with teams (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality Control), contractors, and supervise interior construction projects. - Engineering Management: Coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance, inspection, renovation, and repair of electrical, mechanical, firefighting, plumbing, and other systems, as well as handle general maintenance inquiries or requests. - Attend meetings related to building operations (e.g., with Engineering, Security, Cleaning teams). - Manage and follow up on tenants' fit-out construction works. - Support the Accounting team in collecting rental fees, service charges, and other necessary payments. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Building Management Manager.
