+ We are hiring immediately for full time **BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER** positions.
+ **Location** : Georgetown University - 3700 O Streets Northwest, Washington, DC 20057. (Openings at other locations within school district available) _Note: online applications accepted_ _only_ _._
+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule; Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. More details available upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
+ **Requirement** : Previous experience with AHU, mini splits, exhaust fans, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance is required.
+ **Pay Range:** $24.00 per hour to $50.00 per hour
