**Overview**

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. This person will be performing general maintenance duties which will include but is not limited to painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work.

The starting rate of pay is $20 - $24 / hr based on off experience and certifications.

This position is based out of 3005 Broadmoor Ave SE Kentwood, MI 49512 and will service multiple locations in Western Michigan. Including but not limited to Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Lansing, Muskegon, Cadillac and Traverse City.
