**Job Description**

This roving Building Maintenance Technician role supports multiple commercial properties within approximately one hour of the Twin Cities, performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks. The organization is hiring both an entry-level Building Maintenance Technician 1 and Building Technician 3. Technicians travel between sites to complete building rounds, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.
