**Position Overview:**
The **_Environmental Service Technician (Building Maintenance)_** at the Sanctuary of Holy Cross is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, and functionality of the long-term care facility. This role ensures a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and custodial tasks in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
