Purpose of the Role

Building Fabric Director will act as Savills’ subject matter expert on all building fabric-related matters across the managed portfolio. The role will focus on the strategic oversight, maintenance, and long-term stewardship of building fabric, ensuring assets are effectively maintained, risks are proactively managed, and operational teams are equipped with scalable, practical solutions.

This role requires a forward-thinking, risk-based approach to asset management, supporting the mitigation of fabric-related risks across a diverse, multi-use property portfolio. The Building Fabric Director will develop and embed consistent, scalable frameworks for maintenance, contractor management, and project delivery, ensuring best-in-class service for Savills and its clients.
