Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a journey-level second shift position with the following essential duties:

+ Technical skills required involve janitorial/housekeeping and floor care. This position can be asked to support students with custom room setups when student workers are unavailable. All hours physically worked after 4 pm will entitle the employee to receive an additional 10% night shift differential pay.

+ Clean and maintain all building areas inside, and designated perimeter outside, to establish high unit standards. The primary working location of this position is Cone University Center.

+ Perform advanced operations of equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors for maintaining hard floors and carpet to high unit standards.
