Building Engineer – Hyperscale Data Center Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Engineer to join our mission-critical operations team supporting one of the world’s leading hyperscale data center platforms. Our ethos is simple: Always Online. We own reliability, uptime, and operational excellence by directly operating and maintaining the critical infrastructure that powers our customers and business.
Unlike organizations that outsource core responsibilities, we believe in a self-perform model. Our engineers are hands-on owners of the facility and execute the maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems that keep our sites online.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a technical expert who thrives in high-accountability environments and leads through execution, knowledge, and standards.
