As the Building Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’ buildings and equipment, including developing and executing a 52-week maintenance program, coordinating with tenants on technical requirements, reviewing and ensuring compliance of fit‑out plans with approved Construction and Fit‑out Guidelines, recommending improvements for inclusion in OPEX and CAPEX budgets, implementing energy conservation measures, complying with CMMS and ensuring timely recording and processing of tenant utilities for charging. You will also act as Deputy for the Building Manager, handling building administration matters.
