**Job Title: Building Engineer**

**Job Description**

The Building Engineer supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a multi-tenant facility by performing hands-on mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance work. This role maintains building systems, completes preventive maintenance and repairs, responds to tenant service requests, and ensures a clean, functional, and well-maintained environment for all occupants.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a wide range of building maintenance duties, including painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting systems, light plumbing, basic HVAC work, locksmith tasks, and general facility repairs.
+ Maintain and update the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) daily, ensuring all work orders and tenant service requests are accurately documented and completed in a timely manner.
