Position Overview
Job Description - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building
- Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance and site staff
- Engage maintenance, repairs and improvement to the building
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
- Manage expenditure, budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
- Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
Job Requirements - Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in condominium management
- Mature and independent with the ability to lead team
