**Scope**

The Building Automation Controls Technician is responsible for completing service calls while maintaining positive client relations.

**Duties**

+ Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls on existing BMS systems.
+ Troubleshoot installations and correct deficiencies without direct supervision.
