Scope of Job
To perform routine manual work involving the custodial maintenance of buildings.

Description of Duties

+ Provides routine general cleaning in all restrooms for a minimum of twice a day, including but not limited to material restock, trash removal, disinfection of all high touch areas and spot mopping as needed.

+ Spot-cleans all common spaces such as hallways, lobbies, conference rooms, break rooms, study rooms, stairways, locker rooms etc., including but not limited to general wipe down of furniture and trash removal.
